Peninsula Yoga is now offering pre natal, post natal and mums and bubs Yoga Classes.
Lauren holds a Sunday 8 am hatha vinyasa class with some challenging variations. This class is fine for beginners and regulars to Yoga. The perfect start to your working week.
Lauren also holds a Sunday pre natal Yoga class at 9.30 am. This class is gentle with some challenging variations. This class helps women prepare for birth through creating positive belief systems, pain coping mindsets and a deep a deep connection with baby, body and self.
Lauren has been practicing Yoga for over 18 years and teaching for 5 years. She’s a qualified Yoga Teacher, doula (birth support person) and prenatal teacher. She currently runs birthing from within childbirth education workshops for couples.
