Amanda offers Mum’s and Bub’s Yoga classes at Peninsula Yoga each Tuesday at 10 am.
Amanda discovered a passion for yoga 10 years ago and completed her hatha yoga teacher training at Baulkham hills yoga school.
Mums and Bubs yoga classes help new mums regain fitness! reconnect with their bodies, strengthen pelvic floor and abdominal muscles In the post natal period.
Theses classes are lots of fun, informal and very social. A great way to meet other new mums and bond with your baby.
Amanda is very experienced in both Yoga and Motherhood, she has two young children who have both benefited from Mums and Bubs Yoga, she teaches restorative and foundational yoga poses with a focus on helping students develop strength and flexibility and engage a sense of wonder to explore body and breath.
